Shawn worked with the landlord of the apartment I rented for the last two years. While he wasn’t necessarily the property manager, he almost assumed this role, just out of basic need by the tenants. Over the years I had a few issues with the property (out of his control) and he was always very responsive, kind, and professional in addressing these issues. Even though it was never quite his responsibility, Shawn answered texts and calls late at night for some of these issues when I could not reach the landlord.
