Working with Shawn was great! Shawn went over and above my expectations. He kept me informed along the whole process. He was always available to listen attentively even when I was completely stressing over the whole process. People had cautioned me concerning using an agent for both parties but they were wrong. I always knew that he had my best interest. I felt as if he was being completely fair and objective. I would and will highly recommend Shawn to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property. He is an excellent representative for Howard Hanna and you should be grateful that he that he honors your name in the way that he conducts business. Very grateful!
Shawn worked with the landlord of the apartment I rented for the last two years. While he wasn’t necessarily the property manager, he almost assumed this role, just out of basic need by the tenants. Over the years I had a few issues with the property (out of his control) and he was always very responsive, kind, and professional in addressing these issues. Even though it was never quite his responsibility, Shawn answered texts and calls late at night for some of these issues when I could not reach the landlord. Shawn has been lovely to work with, all the way down to the process of moving out of my apartment. I would definitely recommend working with him if you have the chance.
